Refund policy
When you purchase digital product(s) from NooksyExclusives, you are granted access to a complimentary 2-day trial membership, which allows you to access exclusive content and benefits for a limited period, free of charge.
Please note that the checkbox agreeing to our Terms of Service, which includes the complimentary 2-day trial membership, is not pre-selected and requires manual user action to accept.
If you do not cancel your membership before the trial period ends, it will automatically renew, and the applicable membership fee will be charged to your account. You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting the NooksyExclusives customer support team. However, we are unable to refund subscription charges once they have been processed.
DIGITAL PRODUCT POLICY
Due to the digital nature of our products, all digital product(s) are delivered instantly and accessible immediately after purchase. For this reason:
- All sales are final
- No refunds or exchanges will be issued once a product has been accessed or downloaded
